Jordan Boone, also known as Halloween Jack (not to be confused with Jack Skellington of Halloween Town) is an anti-hero encountered in the alternate-future of 2099 AD. An agent for Alchemax, the corporate front of the HYDRA regime ruling this world, Boone was assigned to Project Aesir, a program designed to manipulate a popular religious movement worshipping Thor and the Asgardian gods as martyrs who fought against HYDRA. The agents were given the preserved DNA of several notable Asgardians in order to pose as the gods returned from the dead, with Boone given the DNA of Loki. However, Boone had a negative reaction to the foreign DNA and was driven mad. Killing the other Aesir agents and violently defecting from Alchemax, Boone, now calling himself Halloween Jack, took over the city of Las Vegas and used experimental reality-altering technology to transform it into his own private kingdom. Though Jack occasionally aids the anti-HYDRA rebels and visiting heroes from the mainstream reality against Alchemax's forces, his primary interest is preserving his own surreal kingdom.
