Tarzan is a major supporting protagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first appearing for a cameo role in "Birth of A New Era" as a Jedi Youngling being taught by Master Yoda before the final battle where he is sent back to his home world to try and learn his craft on his own. He eventually makes his full debut in "The Journey" as one of the main party members for the Madhya Pradesh campaign, having become an esteemed Keyblade Guardian of Deep Jungle during the time skip between installments. He is sent by order of the High Council to go to Madhya Pradesh in order to help train Mickey in the art of stealth and dexterity when using the Keyblade in battle, as well as investigate the Mowgli case personally before more parties get involved. He later returns to take part in the Battles for the Enchanted Dominion and Bald Mountain on the side of the Light.
Commonly known as the "Lord of the Jungle", Tarzan was rescued and raised by a colony of apes after his parents were killed by the bloodthirsty Sabor. As the years passed, he turned into an ape man, protecting all of the apes, and never knowing the outside world, apart from the jungle. He speaks little English, conversing mostly in gorilla language which is a combination of grunts and hoots. Because of his long time in Deep Jungle, he has developed rather impressive acrobatic skills similar to the movements to a monkey, and he even can "surf" down tree branches and vines, as well as using vines to swing across great distances.
