The Hellfire Organization

The Hellfire Organization is a secret cabal of villains from across the worlds who seek to harness the power of the pure darkness and use its power to grant them access to the heart of all worlds: Kingdom Hearts. They are some of the primary antagonists in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, first forming out of the ashes of the Separatist Confederacy in "Birth of A New Era" before making their full debut out of the shadows in "The Journey."

Story[]

Origins[]

(The origin of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, and how Maleficent, Hades, and Emperor Gruumm first met to put the pieces together)

Birth of A New Era[]

(Their original run as the Separatist Alliance before half the members are purged by Darth Vader and the survivors forced to flee and regroup to work on a new plan for universal domination; the hunt for the Seven Rainbow Crystals and their counterparts in the Princesses of Heart begins)

The Journey[]

(Reprising their role from KH 1 with a large stake in events as well as more members included)

The Chain of Memories[]

(The ghosts of the fallen members revived by Ellidyr's memories of the sins of his past; an alliance formed with the Horned King's remnant to regain their lost power and escape Castle Oblivion's confines to restart their plans; also working under the temporary leadership of Jadis the White Witch under the name of BlackFrost Organization)

A Year of Misery[]

(Pete and Hades' failed attempts at leading the Hellfire Remnants without Maleficent to guide them)

An Empire of Dreams[]

(Reprising their role from KH 2 with a large role; a temporary alliance formed with Dominion XIII to serve as open threats and the catalyst for the return of the Darkheart invasion, before it all dissolves with Maleficent's second death; the organization split in two with Hades and Jafar commanding different branches opposed to one another)

Encoded Truths[]

(Play a much greater role as the supposed main antagonists before being usurped by Lord of Darkness and the Digital Mutates; the leadership now belongs to Queen Grimhilde)

The Fantasmic Dreamtime[]

(Heavily expanded and introduced role as one of two rival parties fighting for control over the Sleeping Worlds with the Order of the White Rose; Jafar's second and final attempt at betraying the leadership by allying himself and his faction with the 13 Seekers to trap Taran in a nightmare, only to be betrayed himself by Mistress 9 and the revived Emperor Palpatine)

Return of the Keyblade[]

(The return of Maleficent and a much greater role as a legitimate player in the fight to control the worlds by hunting down the Tome of Prophecy in the ancient world of Scala Ad Caelum, and the 7 New Princesses of Heart that can open the gateway to that world; is defeated in a climactic showdown at the Forbidden Mountains that must be enacted before the true finale at the Keyblade Graveyard; the surviving members barely managing to escape the ruins of Palpatine's pyramid palace before spotting Merlock summoning the Old Ones to his side to begin work on the next phase of Solego's ancient plans, with the true Tome of Prophecy safely protected by the Black Box...)

The Second Trilogy[]

(The surviving members fleeing to the Isle of the Lost on Planet Nemesis for safety, and their attempts at regaining relevance in a universe that now fears the wrath of Solego and Merlock's Old One-Foreteller Empire)

Inner workings[]

The Hellfire Org originated as the Separatist Confederacy, only for its predecessor to fall at the hands of the newly created Darth Vader. The survivors of the group, mostly the Disney Villains led by Maleficent, regrouped at the Forbidden Mountain afterward, gained new members, and rebranded themselves the Hellfire Organization in honor of the hellfire they shall rain down upon all worlds when they accomplish their goals. Their politics are that the two foremost leaders of the group are Maleficent and Hades; below them are the Inner Circle councilmembers. Below them, in turn, are slightly higher ranking world members. Under them are the lower-ranking world agents. Under them are the Acolyte teams, such as the ones led by Mozenrath, Pete, and Baron Zemo. Their armed forces include the Goons, the Darkhearts, the Weasel Troopers, and all the various soldiers under the command of the individual Hellfire Org members
