Truman Marsh

Truman Marsh is a minor antagonist in the Kingdom Hearts Unlimited Saga, appearing in "The Fantasmic Dreamtime" as the government liaison under Secretary of State Thaddeus Ross' command, assigned to control and regulate the actions of the Avengers.

He is also the head of security at the maximum security prisons the Vault and the Raft, using his authority to ensure the supervillain prisoners receive the worst possible treatment for their crimes.
